Wash their dish and give it back to them but invite them in once you are settled and maybe give them a tour of your hour house. You know, stuff like and we plan on paint in this room "Golden aura" or something like that. They just want to let you know that they are friendly and that you are welcome. Being clear that you not only accept their welcome, but appreciate it is the best thing you can do. The Idea is to get to know them.
